Matthew Berke, Principal
Matthew began his real estate career in 1993 as a licensed sales associate while still attending Wayne State University. From 1999, when he was promoted to Vice President through 2011 Matt held a primary leadership role as part of the management team, overseeing daily operations as well as staff training and development. Matt received his broker’s license in 2001 and in 2012 Matt formed Keystone Commercial Real Estate with his partners to better serve his clients. He is active with the International Council of Shopping Centers currently serving as the P3 Retail Central Division Co-Chair. Matt has received the Costar Power Broker award for numerous years in a row. Matt continues to work on tenant representation, investment sales and handling selected leasing accounts.
Gregory S. Newman, Principal
Greg has been licensed in real estate since 1988 and is both a Principal and co-founder of Keystone Commercial Real Estate, L.L.C. Prior to forming Keystone in 2012, Greg acquired experience in the commercial real estate industry from his time at Schostak Brothers & Company, Inc., Insite Commercial Group, L.L.C. and The Beale Group, Inc. Over the years, Greg has developed an expertise in tenant expansion through his dedication to each individual client’s needs and his sincere drive to ensure each tenant sees success in their development in Michigan’s markets. Additionally, Greg excels in representing retail tenants/buyers for site acquisitions, leasing of regional and local shopping center space, and pre-leasing new retail space. He is recognized as a CoStar Power Broker for lease transactions in Michigan, is a proud and active member of ICSC, and is a Western Michigan University Alumni.

Ryan Kattoo, Principal
Ryan has been licensed as a real estate agent since 1992. In February 2011 he was promoted to Vice President of The Beale Group, Inc. handling all aspects of real estate for his clients. Receiving his first degree in business administration at Oakland Community College in 1993, he then continued his education at Walsh College receiving a bachelors degree in1996 majoring in the field of finance. While attending college, he owned and operated his own business while still remaining active in the real estate field. After completing college, Ryan worked full time for 16 years at the Beale Group specializing in commercial real estate leasing, sales and management. Continuing his education, he is currently a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and working towards a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. Awarded Power Broker from the CoStar Group, and now a Principal of Keystone Commercial Real Estate, L.L.C., Ryan continues his lifelong career of commercial real estate.

Kevin Berke, Senior Sales Associate
Kevin started his Real Estate career in 2007 with The Beale Group, Inc. before collaborating to form Keystone Commercial Real Estate in February 2012. He graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a degree in public speaking and communications, and is a member of the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers). Prior to his career in real estate, Kevin owned multiple businesses; ranging from wireless stores to novelty shops. His strong focus on tenant representation, and leasing vacant space along with his enthusiasm for business has quickly made him a valuable member of Keystone’s team.

Ferris became a licensed broker in 1991. He began his career in residential sales and building, moving on to commercial real estate in 2007. Norman is an upcoming real estate agent, who has been involved in sales since 2010. His past experience as a business owner, and a retail property investor has made him an expert in negotiation and customer/supplier relations. Norman has established himself as an aggressive agent representing both Landlords and Tenants throughout the metropolitan Detroit area, and along with his enthusiasm for business he has quickly made himself a valuable member of Keystone’s team.
